The largest number of
snowpack, weather, and avalanche observations come from the blue areas.
They are the highest confidence areas for the advisory.
Fewer snowpack, weather,
and avalanche observations come from the beige areas than the blue
areas.
The
avalanche advisory is based mostly on data and observations collected
in
the blue and beige zones. The advisory is inferred to the remaining
pink areas where information is very limited.
