I saw an avalanche at this location from across the valley as I was leaving the area. I was too far away to tell what triggered it. There were snowmobile tracks nearby and a broken cornice above the slide so either a snowmobiler or a cornice failure likely triggered the avalanche. From a distance it did not look like this wind slab broke down into the old snow layers. Slope angle is also unknown. All dimensions and time are estimated.
