Small wind slab release broke under first rider at steep rollover into chuteabove lower angora lake. Broke under 1st rider below steep rollover into chute and fractured up to 2nd rider 10-20yds behind. Both riders traversed to small ridge above slide path to safety. 1 dog was caught and slid 100-200ft before escaping. 6-10" crown of the newest storm snow which had been mildly sun compacted. At the bottom we observed other tracks that had smaller point releases. No other instabilities noted. Weak point was between old/new snow interface with 6-10" of sun compacted new snow.
