Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack:

Windy conditions across Tamarack Peak throughout the day. Wind gusts and varaiable winds caused for wide distribution of snow not allowing for wind slabs to form in the morning hours. As the wind increased and transporting increased some small wind slabs were observed in isolated areas. Most ridgelines and shoulders were being affected and scoured on windward sides. No natural signs of instability or when performing ski cuts.
