Description of Snow, Weather, and Avalanche Conditions:

During a level 1 Avalanche class. We tested a slope and observed no reaction (video and picture). The snow becoming more dense as the day progressed and noticed sporadic pin wheels and roller balls. About 1/2 mile from White Rock Lake we had a stuck sled situation and observed the Jan 4th weak layer still exists. The overall snow condition was fun and no other instabilities oberserved.
