More detailed information about the snowpack: 

The NE winds have scoured many of the E-NE-N aspects back to the early Oct. layer. In a few isolated spots some cracking and collapsing occurred where the winds had created wind slabs on N-NW aspects that had the ice layer and the Oct. 19th facet layer.
