California Avalanche Workshop

Join us for the 2025 California Avalanche Workshop

Sunday, October 19th from 9am-5pm
North Tahoe Event Center, Kings Beach, CA

Preseason snow and avalanche workshops are a valuable opportunity to hear from others in the winter backcountry community and prepare for the upcoming season.

The California Avalanche Workshop features forecasters, meteorologists, guides, and SAR members sharing with the community. There will be multiple vendors in attendance and we will finish the day with a raffle and social hour overlooking Lake Tahoe.
