Know Before You Go ~ UNR

You've heard, "Get the Gear, Get the Training, Get the forecast." But what does this really mean? Sierra Avalanche Center will be presenting the Know Before You Go avalanche awareness program and digging into an introduction to backcountry knowledge and avalanche education.
Whether this is your first time or you want to brush up on your knowledge and be inspired to travel in the backcountry come on out and enjoy an evening of educational information with Sierra Avalanche Center at the Joe Crowley Student Union on UNR campus.
