Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack: 

HS = 127 cm; 20 cm new snow.  Facets over ice layer at 33 cm.  PST 65/100 @ 33 cm.  RB7 and ECTX.  Two size 1 avalanches (new snow only) observed among steep rock outcrops.  Only very localized surface cracking.  Snow on ridgecrests only lightly windpressed.  No wind transport observed.  AirT = -7C.  Test performed on 31 degree snow; aspect 10 degrees.
