More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Significant melting of snowpack has occurred over the past 10 days in areas of high sun exposure. Shaded areas continue to hold snow, with surface melt freeze conditions. Of note at this location, very early stage facets have formed on top of the Nov 1 rain crust. Very clean shears on this layer, but propagation currently unlikely. Something keep an eye on.
