Skier triggered cracking on a previously undercut low angle wind-loaded slope. Cloud cover during the day in this area seemed to limit the formation of loose wet snow problems. Scoured area along the ridge with a deposition zone for wind transported snow below the skier. The arrow shows the direction that the wind transported the snow during the recent storm. Forecaster
