Sierra Avalanche Center presents a night of celebration to kick off the 2014/2015 winter at Sugar Bowl Resort. Join us for food, drinks, music, an incredible silent auction, gear previews, and presentations by Grant Barta on Sugar Bowls BC terrain and Daron Rahlves on his ski career progression from world cup racing, including POV of the Hahnenkamm downhill in Austria, to his current backcountry project "Afterglow". Should be a great night of fun with a special raffle for everyone who comes dressed to celebrate winter ( A favorite costume, best 80's ski outfit, or your finest formal wear). Just have fun with it. Doors open at 5pm, dinner from 6 to 7 with presentations to follow. Tickets are offline and available at the door.
