Winter Recreation on the El Dorado National Forest

Join the El Dorado Nordic Ski Patrol as they present an introduction on what to bring, places to go, and things to do during the winter months within the Eldorado National Forest. This informative presentation will cover such topics as the winter ten essentials, winter trail system, back-country recreation within the Eldorado's two wilderness areas, and places to park and how to stay safe a warm. In addition, a brief overview on the El Dorado Nordic Ski Patrol and its expanded mission to now include Snowshoe Patrollers.
