The SAC Daily Flow is an avalanche risk management process developed for motorized users. It was created by aligning the techniques already in use by savvy snowmobilers with best practices in avalanche risk management.
Paper copies of the Daily Flow user guide are available for free at many regional powersports dealers, along with stickers that can be put onto machines near the handlebars, so the process is always visible and easy to reference. The user guide is also available as a PDF - either click here, or use the file attachment at the bottom of this page.
This user guide is not intended as a substitute for a formal avalanche education.
