Mount Shasta Avalanche Center ~ Ascension BC Race and Snow Ball

It’s that time of year again when our neighbors to the north are hosting their Ascension Race and Snow Ball. The race will be held at Mt. Shasta Ski Park.  Registration for the race is from 7:00 to 9:30 AM and the race starts at 10:00 AM.  The snow ball starts at 5:30 PM at the Mount Shasta City Park (1315 Nixon Road) with a cocktail/social hour, a silent auction from 5:30 to 7:30 PM, and music starting at 8:00 PM.  This year’s band is Life During Wartime, a Talking Heads cover band.  Should be a hoot!
