Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Soft wind slabs and exposed rain crust on summit should of Castle hiking up. No observed instability of NW slope in trees and gully. Rain crust felt in all snow less than 6 inches deep in wind effected areas. Snow seems to have settled well and densified.

Good skiing. Last several snows are starting to bury forest floor obstablces.  

Similar conditions on NE face of Andesite.
