Description of Snow, Weather, and Avalanche Conditions:

Toured south along the ridge line from diamond peak summit towards tunnel creek. Obvious signs of wind loading on N/NE/E slopes and scoured slopes on S/SW/W slopes. The December 11 rain crust is still present on this aspect and should be taken with caution as this new storm system will provide loading of all kinds. Shear tests indicated low instability/ no propagation Q2/Q3.
