Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack: 

 North facing,40 degree slope at 8500'  unaffected by skiers.  This wind loaded area with a distinct convexity from 25 to 40 degrees showed no evidence of movement from the wind slab.

Quick mit pits showed relatively good stability of the upper 30 cm to the lower pack.
