Video note: Column plumb, camera not. See trees in background for reference. Snow surface below 8200' was undergoing wet metamorphism on SE,E,NE aspects. N aspects in trees also wet, open N aspects remained dry. Snow surface above 8200' remained dry SE,E,NE,N aspects. SE,E supportable wind slab. NE into N unconsolidated DFs bonding to rounds underneath. Some early stage NSF seen on N aspects at and just below treeline on open slopes protected from wind. Should loose against afternoon warm temps and/or later wet snow and rain. S, SW, W, NW aspects not observed
