More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Melt freeze crust 38cm (15 in) thick at treeline on SE aspect at 8,800'. Snow surface melting of top few mm of snow surface existed below 8,100' in areas of direct sun exposure. Snow surface would refreeze during periods of snow showers and melt during sun breaks. Only light snow showers in this area with no measurable accumulation.

New snow accumulation of approx 1cm (0.4 in) noted along Hwy 267 Brockway Summit at 11:45am.
