More detailed information about the snowpack:

Photo: Very minor wet snow surface sluff (skier triggered) at 1pm at noted lat/long (open SSE aspect at 9,000'). Not a significant hazard to travel.

Storm snow from Jan 30 has assimilated well with previous melt-freeze snow on southerly aspects in this area. Cold snow remains on northerly aspects. Areas above treeline on N-NE-E aspects are scoured down to the pre storm old snow layer. Below treeline a few inches of unconsolidated snow lingers on shaded northerly aspects. No significant evidence of instability observed on any of the NW-N-NE-E-SE-S aspects traveled between 8,300' and 9,500' while on tour in this area today.
