Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack:

Moderate N wind kept most snow surfaces in their frozen state today, with some NSF/NCF observed below the breakable crust on E,NE aspects. Loose snow remains on surface in small pockets on these aspects below treeline.

SE aspects barely went through a melt phase, but S,SW aspects had ~2cm of melt layer at the surface by mid-afternoon. Surfaces refroze as soon as shaded again. Old tracks never softened.

No evidence of wind deposition on lee aspects from yesterday's W winds in this area. Today's N winds also not transporting any snow.
