Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Deep, maritime, stable snowpack at this location.  Radiational cooling overnight allowed for the snow surface to freeze.  Shaded aspects had a mix of crusts and some patches of soft snow.  Solar aspects warmed throughout the day and provided soft snow conditions by mid day.  No instabiilties seen on any solar aspects.  NE flow keeping things somewhat cool in the mid afternoon.
