More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Stable snowpack in this area that is in excellent condition to handle new snow loading. Lower density remains of old PWL were probed 260cm below the snow surface in this area. Wet snow existed up to the high point of 7,800' by 11am on all but the most shaded areas on N aspects. Snow in these isolated areas remained cold with no surface crust or melt. Roller ball activity from the past few days observed on open E aspects below treeline.
