More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Height of snow (HS) on this slope ranged from around 10cm where the photo was taken, to 27cm at the snowpit location (red circle), to 45cm in the shade to climbers left of the pit location. Snow stratigraphy was very similar across the entire slope with surface crust over fairly high density facets. The snowpack on this slope is currently continuing to facet.
