More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Little evidence of snowpack instability in this area today. The persistent weak layer was poorly developed and not reactive in snowpit tests. 2 x ECTN within storm snow layer and PST 59/100cm end both indicated that propagation of fracture within the snowpack was unlikely. Pit data obtained near treeline on a N aspect, 35 degree slope, at 8,640'.
