More detailed information about the snowpack:

Similar to other places around the forecast area, a mix of surface conditions sitting on top of a stable snowpack exists on Incline Lake Peak. The exposed N-NE aspects held firm wind scoured or wind packed surfaces, while the lower elevation sheltered N-NE aspects held some soft snow. Snowpit data on a N aspects did not reveal any signs of instability within the top meter of the snowpack. The more sun exposed SE-S-SW aspects had 2-4 inches of soft corn snow on them by mid afternoon. Ski cuts on these slopes did not cause any roller balls or loose wet instabilities.

More detailed information about the weather:

Thin high clouds existed across about 50% of the sky. They did not obsure the sun enough to prevent melting on the sun exposed SE-S-SW aspects.
