More detailed information about the snowpack:

Hi,

Skied Tamarck today. Super good, knee deep, non wind effected.  Heard one whumpf below tree line breaking trail across SE exposure on a 30 degree roll.  No other sounds in snow pack.  Observed one slough release on SE exposure of Tamarck Peak as indicated on map caused by skiers traversing just below ridge top. Slough size 10 feet wide running 300 vertical, stopping mid slope in trees. No observable pile up.  Released one small slough on steeper roll that ran two turns before stopping. Other ski propagation tests on cornice did not release much on far skiers right of East Face in trees.
