Between 2pm and 5pm it snowed off and on on Waterhouse Peak. New snow totals ranged from 10 - 20 cms in observed locations. At lower elevations new snow totals were noticeably lower and rain soaked snow below surface powder was evident.

Photo 2: Below roughly 8300 feet snow under surface powder was wet and collapsed regularly under skis.
