More detailed information about the snowpack: 

A consolidated snowpack exists in the north of the forecast area and is in good shape to take additional loading of new snow.  Unconsolidated snow still exists in wind protected areas below treeline and open/exposed areas have wind scouring or firmer crusts present.  No signs of any weaknesses in the snowpack with formal and informal observations showing no instabilities.

Winds started blowing in the light to moderate speed around 11am moving minimal amounts of snow.  After 12pm light snow started falling.
