More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Minimal precipitation fell in this area between 1000 - 1500 today but there was snow available for transport.  High winds in the Relay Ridge area have transported new snow and graupel to depths ranging from 5 - 25 cm.  No other signs of instability were present.  Snow surface conditions consisted of loose fresh snow and unsupportable wind buff ranging in the depths mentioned above.  These conditions were resting on a semi breakable / supportable melt freeze crust.
