More detailed information about the snowpack:

Roller ball activity by 10a on south facing rocks warmed by strong March sun.  Photo 4:  Natual wind slab avy approx 6 inch crown with propagation observed above china wall on flank of donner peak.  8-12" of cold dense new snow above hard bed surface on approch to Mt Judah.  Photo 1:  Earlier natural cornice fall with small non-propagating slough onto heavily wind loaded Wildflower Ridge.  Photo 2:  Flagging and evidence of current wind transport on surrounding peaks and wind exposed aspects.  Sugar Bowl side of Judah Peak is rime coverd and exposed rocks.  Photo 3:  Large mulit-tiered cornice build on back side of Mt Judah, with earlier natural cornice fall triggering approx 6" propagating windslabs on heavily wind loaded North Judah Bowl.  Subsequent skier/snowboarder pair observed dropping into same slope did not trigger additional avy activity.
