Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Cold SW/W winds moving light amounts of snow through the mid day hours.  Small wind deposits off of Ophir Ridge and Peak that would crack but did not extend very far downhill.  Wind scouring and wind effect exists in exposed areas near ridgelines with soft unconsolidated snow on NW-N-NE-E aspects in protected terrain.  Except for the small wind slabs observed near the peak and ridge, no other signs of instability were seen.
