More detailed information about the snowpack:

3-5mm suface hoar had survived at least until 1pm today on Shallenberger ridge. It was widespread in all open areas between 6,500' and 7,300' on N-NE terrain. Any NW slopes exposed to the afternoon sun had formed a thin crust and no surface hoar was present. The skiing remains fantastic.
