More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Snow level just under 7000' at 9:30am this morning.  Light snow on and off throughout the day with some heavier periods.  Strong to gale force SW winds in exposed areas that tapered some by mid afternoon.  75cm of settled storm snow at 8000' just below peak in wind protected area.  Storm snow was mostly consistent 4F hardness with a slight upside down snow structure.  No evidence of storm slabs present in protected below treeline terrain.  Active wind loading was occuring throughout the day.  Visibility was poor to very poor near treeline.
