Wind Slab - Reported avalanches (1 human triggered, 3 natural)
Persistent Slab - Reported avalanches (0 human triggered, 0 natural)

Mid to upper snowpack is a mix of rain crusts and weak faceted snow above 8000' on NW-N-NE aspects
Weaker snowpacks with more faceting exist at higher elevation in the Mt. Rose and Carson Pass areas
Patchy snow coverage below 8000' and on on E-S-W aspects

Cooling trend throughout the week
Rain and high elevation snow event early in week
6 to 10'' storm toward the end of week
SW and NE wind events
