  • Wind Slab - A few minor test slope failures reported.
  • Loose Wet - One loose wet avalanche reported 3/6.

Some lingering weak Feb 14 facets in shadow pockets on NW-N-NE aspects. Otherwise the snowpack is well consolidated. Major transitioning from dry snow to wet snow initiating on March 11.

  • Up to 6 inches new snow March 3-5
  • Up to 2 inches new snow March 10
  • Gale force NE wind events post snowfall events.
  • Mostly below freezing air temps through the week. Substantial warming on March 11.
