Avalanche Problems: 
General Snowpack Structure: 

Continuing to build with significant depth bias towards northern half of the Sierra Crest. Areas of 1 to 2 foot depth with supportable snowpack begin to emerge. Still thin cover elsewhere within the forecast area. No signs of problematic weak layers.

    Weather Events: 
    • High pressure early in the week
    • Storm cycle mid/late week - Snow level around 7,500'-8,000'
    • Gale force SW winds during storm
